Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery TImes
We offer the following sghipping options within the U.S.:
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): $5.95 or FREE on orders over $100.
- Priority Shipping (2-4 business days): $9.95
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.95
Delivery time begins after your order has been processed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. if you're outside of the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us at info@kayandkyn.com and we'll see what we can do!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kay & Kyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your tracking info shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. You may also contact us for help in filing a claim.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
